Impact Sweet Spot™ – Group Journey

You’re doing meaningful work…
So why does something still feel missing?

A guided group journey for changemakers ready to reconnect with what’s already there — your natural strengths, your deeper purpose, and the people who belong alongside you.

Starts September 28th 2026

Does this sound like you?

You’re experienced, capable, and committed to your work for positive impact. From the outside, things look solid. But inside, there’s a gap — a persistent tiredness, a sense of being caught between chapters, a feeling that the way you’ve been doing things…. just needs to change.

Maybe you’re done performing. Of giving more than you have. Or waiting for permission to do the work that actually feels like yours.

Maybe you know you need to change something, but you can’t quite see what. Or you can see it, but you can’t seem to get there.

This programme is for project leaders, activists, researchers, coaches, and professionals in the change sector who sense that the next step won’t come from another strategy — but from a deeper understanding of themselves.

“I was running a manic race without a finish line, and feeling behind no matter what I did. What surprised me most was realising I already had what I needed. I just couldn’t see it.”

— Kariema El Touny, AI Governance & Policy Researcher, Egypt

What shifts when you stop trying to fix yourself

The Impact Sweet Spot Group Journey is a supported process of rediscovery - to move from a sense of lacking to a sense of direction and possibility. It’s guided by experienced facilitators and grounded in practices that work with the body as well as the mind.

People who’ve done this work describe:

  • Reconnecting with natural strengths they’d stopped valuing — and seeing how those strengths are exactly what the world needs from them

  • Releasing the weight of over-responsibility, performance, and perfectionism — without losing their sense of purpose

  • Understanding the deeper values and mission that have always been driving them, even when they couldn’t name it

  • Clarity about which relationships, roles, and environments are genuinely aligned — and which ones drain them

  • A sense of trust in their own direction, even without a fixed plan

“The fog has cleared. I know confidence but without hype or pretending. Before, I was on a small raft, looking up at bigger ships, hoping someone would pull me up. Now, I climb the rope myself. If they throw me off, fine, I’ll find another ship. I’m not afraid anymore. That’s the difference.”

— Filip Alimpić, Senior Project & Operations Manager, Serbia

“I stopped trying to be a hero, stopped internalising everything, and began trusting others and myself again. I’m still in my role, but I sleep better. I’m calmer.
I feel like I have my life back again.”

— Christine Chitongo, Corporate & Public Affairs, AI Governance & Policy, Zimbabwe

A journey with shape, depth, and companionship

The Journey runs from September 2026 to January 2027 and unfolds over four modules — in a group setting that’s intimate, supported, and surprisingly fun:

The four modules:

1. Natural Talent — reconnecting with the gifts you've stopped noticing.

2. Deeper Mission & Values — the emotional roots of what drives you.

3. Your Allies — mapping who belongs alongside you.

4. Where It All Comes Together — clarity, release, and next steps.

Everything that’s part of this programme:

  • 4 group workshops (2.5 hours each) — 10 hours of facilitated group work

  • 3 private 1:1 sessions with Ania (60 + 90 + 60 min) — 3.5 hours of individual coaching

  • 4 home assignments with guided reflection materials

  • 4 peer buddy sessions (participant-led, with matched partners)

  • 15+ bonus tools — meditations, somatic practices, self-inquiry exercises

  • Pre-workshop readings for each module

  • Collective Impact Sweet Spot Report (January)

  • Group reunion (February)

Format and Dates:

All live sessions take place on Zoom

Workshops will take place on Thursdays, 10am–12:30pm UK time

On: 8 Oct - 22 Oct - 19 Nov - 3 Dec

Private coaching sessions and buddy sessions are planned together, and closer to the time.

“Being in the group was powerful. Hearing everyone articulate their values and sweet spot ingredients was so inspiring. I feel motivated and energised now. I don’t have a fixed plan, but I have tools and techniques to help me make decisions aligned with my values. It’s like I trust the journey again.”

— Adheem Malik, Integrative Coach & Peer Support Worker, England

Facilitators

Ania created the Impact Sweet Spot™ framework after going on a deep, personal quest to 'end the war in her belly' in her desire to make a difference, then fusing her insights with her professional path. She's a coach, facilitator, and gentle provocateur who guides with warmth, honesty, humour, and the kind of perceptiveness that helps people see what they've been carrying — and what they can put down. She leads the programme and all 1:1 sessions.

Mariana is a facilitator, educator, and the founder of The Curious Path. She brings playfulness, deep listening, and a gift for creating spaces where people feel safe to be themselves. Having been through her own Impact Sweet Spot journey, she co-facilitates the group workshops with an understanding that comes from the inside.

Before you join

This programme asks something of you. Not expertise or experience, but willingness. To show up honestly, to sit with questions that don’t have quick answers, and to be in a small group where people are doing the same.

This is likely right for you if:

  • You’ve been looking for a space to explore freely, without censoring yourself or managing how you come across

  • You’re at a crossroads, feel stuck, or straddling an old and a new chapter, and ready to understand what’s in the way

  • You’re hungry to connect with people who care deeply, outside your own sector or organisation

  • You want to lead and contribute in a way that feels more natural and sustainable

  • You’re open to inner work as part of professional development

This might not be the right moment if:

  • You can’t commit to all four workshop dates and 2–3 hours between workshops for assignments and your buddy session

  • You’re looking for a skills-based training or a step-by-step career formula

  • You’re in acute crisis right now and need more intensive individual support (if so, feel free to get in touch with Ania for direct support)

The programme meets you where you are. Everyone will have a short ‘chemistry call’ with Ania, just to make sure it’s the right fit.

Experiences of Our Programme Alumni

“When I saw ‘Impact Sweet Spot,’ something clicked before I even read the details. I was at a crossroads career-wise, and wanted change, but wanted to do it right this time. What made this journey different was the depth. I wasn’t allowed to escape into explanations or intellectualising. I was brought back into my body, into what was actually happening. Ania allowed for silences, and there was a certain slowness that created trust and actually, made things shifted very fast.

The fog has cleared, and I know confidence but without hype or pretending. I am more curious and reconnected with my natural, creative side. I notice people trust me faster. And it’s like before, I was on a small raft, looking up at bigger ships, hoping someone would pull me up. Now, I climb the rope myself. If they throw me off, fine, I’ll find another ship. I’m not afraid anymore. That’s the difference.”

Filip Alimpić, Senior Project & Operations Manager (Public, Nonprofit, Research and Consultancy Sector), Serbia

“On the outside, everything looked stable and successful. But internally, I was overwhelmed and tired in my high-pressure role. This programme helped me deal with what was happening inside me. Every session grounded me and gave me energy. Even though much of the journey was one-on-one, knowing others were going through similar things reminded me I wasn’t alone. That really mattered.

I stopped trying to be a hero, stopped internalising everything, and began trusting others (and myself!) again. I understand my real gift, which is community building, and I no longer reject it. I’m still in my role, but I sleep better. I’m calmer. I feel like I have my life back again!”

Christine Chitongo, Corporate and Public Affairs & AI Governance and Policy, Zimbabwe

“I was stuck in an in-between space after transitioning into a new field. I had the skills and knowledge, but I couldn’t see how they connected to anything meaningful. I was running a manic race without a finish line, and feeling behind no matter what I did.

What surprised me most was realising I already had what I needed. I just couldn’t see it as useful. The reflection practices and Ania holding up a mirror, forced me to face uncomfortable truths about what was blocking me. The program’s bonus tools helped me to regulate myself when panic hit.

In our group, the vulnerability was collective, which made it feel safe. Seeing that everyone is in conflict made my struggles feel easier to carry. I am so grateful! I no longer feel behind, and that has lifted an enormous weight.”

Kariema El Touny,AI Governance & Policy Researcher, MA Linguistics & Storyteller, Egypt

“What drew me to Impact Sweet Spot was how different it felt. It wasn’t just structured or theoretical. It was human, trauma-informed, and authentic. Ania held the container, but allowed the process to unfold. She challenged me to get out of my head and into not knowing, and that’s where things started to shift. Being in the group was powerful and playful. Hearing everyone articulate their values and sweet spot ‘ingredients’ was so inspiring!”

I feel motivated and energised now. I don’t have a fixed plan, but I have tools and techniques to help me make decisions aligned with my values. And it’s like I trust the journey again.”
