About the Impact Sweet Spot™ Framework
Working for change in a way
that actually makes sense for you.
The Impact Sweet Spot™ is a reflective and practical framework designed to help you find your way back. Unlike conventional coaching, it combines career development, personal leadership, and depth — all held within a clear, grounding structure.
Rather than learning more skills, building another strategy, or pushing harder (gets pretty tiring), this work reignites what is already present, and good enough.
You will feel you can breathe again. Clear about the value you bring, with new resilience to meet the world as it is.
What the framework is built on -
the three essentials of changemaking:
The ways of thinking, relating, and acting that come most naturally to you. Often overlooked or undervalued, these qualities can become a powerful source of clarity and ease when recognised and trusted.
1. Natural Talent
2. Deeper Mission & Values
What genuinely matters to you — beneath expectations and ideals. Exploring the emotional and ethical roots of your work, including how care, grief, and meaning shape your capacity to stay engaged over time.
3. Allies & Relationships
The relational field you move within: colleagues, collaborators, communities, and systems. Attending to these dynamics helps shift work from isolation toward connection, shared responsibility, and support.
Where these three meet, your Impact Sweet Spot becomes visible: a place where contribution feels more natural for you, choices are easier to make, and effort becomes more sustainable.
How the framework works in practice
The framework moves through a clear sequence of modules — six in the executive journey, four in the group journey — typically over three to five months. Each module pairs guided coaching sessions with substantive work in between: essential reading on the themes, reflective practice exercises, and questions that start the inquiry before we meet.
The live sessions go deep, picking up what's surfaced in your own reflection and working with it directly. At the end, you receive a written synthesis drawing the threads together — what was discovered, how it connects, and what it means for the work ahead.
It asks for one to two hours of your own time each week, alongside the sessions. Clients say that while the work is demanding, it's genuinely doable — and that something starts shifting while they're still in it. Directors and people leading organisations have moved through the programme alongside their work, finding that while challenging in some ways, the depth of it frees up mental space rather than taking more.
The structure gives you a backbone to hold onto. The space inside it is yours.
“There’s so many things about this programme that were absolutely phenomenal. The approach felt innovative - having a clear structure to hold onto, while having plenty of space for personal exploration. I was able to critically reflect on where I’m headed, and see what I do best.”
- Mariana, Learning Facilitator, The Curious Path, France
This grew from personal experience
I developed the Impact Sweet Spot™ framework by retracing my own process — from feeling out of place and isolated, and criticising myself way too much, to reconnecting with what matters most, feeling compassion, and choosing to work from what I'm naturally built to do. That shift didn't come from acquiring more skills or strategies, but from getting really honest with myself.
Combined with over twenty years of working in the social and environmental impact space, I began to notice the same pattern, in myself and others, appearing again and again. That at the heart of burnout and ineffective action is often loss of self-trust, and taking the kind of responsibility that gets in the way of your own wisdom.
At its heart, this work is about restoring balance — between inner clarity and outer contribution, between personal agency and our inherent connection to something larger than ourselves.
“I was working for the right cause, but somehow couldn’t find my place in that. It exhausted me. The programme gave me the scaffolding to face what was in the way - uncomfortable at first, and then freeing! I also learned how my life experiences are valuable to the world too.”
- Colette van der Minne, Ground for Transition, The Netherlands
