Experiences of our Programme alumni
Adheem: “What drew me to Impact Sweet Spot was how different it felt. It wasn’t just structured or theoretical. It was human, trauma-informed, and authentic. Ania held the container, but allowed the process to unfold. She challenged me to get out of my head and into not knowing, and that’s where things started to shift. Being in the group was powerful and playful. Hearing everyone articulate their values and sweet spot ‘ingredients’ was so inspiring!”
I feel motivated and energised now. I don’t have a fixed plan, but I have tools and techniques to help me make decisions aligned with my values. And it’s like I trust the journey again.”
Adheem Malik, Integrative Coach, Peer Support worker, Lived experience of neurodivergence and mental health challenges, England
Christine: “On the outside, everything looked stable and successful. But internally, I was overwhelmed and tired in my high-pressure role. This programme helped me deal with what was happening inside me. Every session grounded me and gave me energy. Even though much of the journey was one-on-one, knowing others were going through similar things reminded me I wasn’t alone. That really mattered.
I stopped trying to be a hero, stopped internalising everything, and began trusting others (and myself!) again. I understand my real gift, which is community building, and I no longer reject it. I’m still in my role, but I sleep better. I’m calmer. I feel like I have my life back again!”

Filip: “When I saw ‘Impact Sweet Spot,’ something clicked before I even read the details. I was at a crossroads career-wise, and wanted change, but wanted to do it right this time. What made this journey different was the depth. I wasn’t allowed to escape into explanations or intellectualising. I was brought back into my body, into what was actually happening. Ania allowed for silences, and there was a certain slowness that created trust and actually, made things shifted very fast.
The fog has cleared, and I know confidence but without hype or pretending. I am more curious and reconnected with my natural, creative side. I notice people trust me faster. And it’s like before, I was on a small raft, looking up at bigger ships, hoping someone would pull me up. Now, I climb the rope myself. If they throw me off, fine, I’ll find another ship. I’m not afraid anymore. That’s the difference.”
Filip Alimpic, Senior Project & Operations Manager (Public, Nonprofit, Research and Consultancy Sector), Serbia
Kariema: “I was stuck in an in-between space after transitioning into a new field. I had the skills and knowledge, but I couldn’t see how they connected to anything meaningful. I was running a manic race without a finish line, and feeling behind no matter what I did.
What surprised me most was realising I already had what I needed. I just couldn’t see it as useful. The reflection practices and Ania holding up a mirror, forced me to face uncomfortable truths about what was blocking me. The program’s bonus tools helped me to regulate myself when panic hit.
In our group, the vulnerability was collective, which made it feel safe. Seeing that everyone is in conflict made my struggles feel easier to carry. I am so grateful. I no longer feel behind, and that has lifted an enormous weight.”
